Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the datowin platform, you as a member are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any provision in these terms, you are required not to use the datowin platform. Continued use of this platform after any amendment to the terms means you accept the amended terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the datowin platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Not be enrolled in any currently active self-exclusion programme.
• Register in your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

datowin is not responsible for any legal consequences that may be faced by members who register outside the set eligibility criteria. The responsibility of ensuring that participation in online gambling is lawful in your country or territory rests entirely with the member.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name as per your MyKad, an active mobile phone number and a valid email address. False or misleading information is a breach of these terms.

• Your account password is entirely the member's responsibility — choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to datowin support.
• Members are responsible for ensuring their account information is kept up to date whenever there are changes.
• datowin may temporarily freeze an account that shows unusual activity while an investigation is conducted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

datowin accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM50 and the minimum withdrawal is RM100.

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the payment method selected. datowin does not charge any processing fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or wallet registered under the same member name as the datowin account.
• datowin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or when there is cause for doubt.
• Any attempt to make a withdrawal before the bonus wagering requirement is met will be automatically rejected.
• Deposited funds will not be refunded except under circumstances determined by datowin management at their discretion.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

datowin offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

As a recognised example: if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing your balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM1,000, the maximum bonus of RM500 will be awarded, bringing the balance to RM1,500, with a wagering requirement of RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.

• Each member is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be used together with other promotions unless specifically stated.
• datowin reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if abuse, coordinated betting or fraud is proven.
• All promotional offers have a validity period that will be stated in the specific terms of the promotion concerned.
• The datowin VIP programme covers three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each with weekly cashback rates of up to 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% respectively.

6. Games and Betting Rules

The datowin platform provides a range of game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games. Each game category may have specific rules that members should read before starting a game session.

datowin uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are fair and cannot be manipulated by any party. Game providers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI and Spribe are responsible for the integrity of their respective games.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• Any betting outcome that has been settled is final and cannot be amended.
• Technical disruptions or internet connection issues that prevent a bet from being settled will be handled in accordance with the datowin game interruption policy.
• The use of automation software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7. Accepted Member Conduct

All datowin members are required to behave courteously and respect all other users and platform staff. The following conduct is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action:

• Use of offensive language, threats or harassment directed at other members or support staff.
• Attempts to circumvent security systems, hack into other accounts or exploit software vulnerabilities.
• Collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate game outcomes or obtain bonuses unlawfully.
• Money laundering or using the datowin platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing or selling accounts to third parties.

datowin reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and suspend an account while the investigation is ongoing. datowin's decision in such cases is final.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting datowin support. Before closure, all active wagering requirements and eligible balances must be settled in accordance with the applicable policy.

datowin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• Breach of any provision in these terms and conditions.
• A request from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering or hacking.

9. datowin Liability Limits

The datowin platform is provided as is. datowin does not guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, errors or technical issues. We are, however, committed to addressing any technical disruptions promptly.

datowin is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond datowin's control.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own failure to keep their password secure.
• Unfavourable betting outcomes that are a natural result of chance-based games.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the datowin platform.

datowin's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the thirty days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

datowin reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the datowin platform. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the datowin platform after any amended terms are published means the member accepts and agrees to the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable international licensing laws. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any formal legal action is taken.
